Order Processing Time

Orders are processed during normal business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the following business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Shipping Options & Costs

Goldiez offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $20 — Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days
  • Express Shipping: $40 — Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Insurance & Carrier Requirements

In certain states or regions, the shipping carrier may require an additional insurance fee during transit. The amount of this fee is determined solely by the shipping carrier.

Goldiez does not control or set insurance fees required by carriers. If applicable, customers will be notified during the shipping process.

Delays & External Factors

Goldiez is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processes, or other factors outside of our direct control.
